Swipe the face left or right — or up and down — to change the temperature; the − and + buttons do the same thing, one degree at a time. Swipe the service screen to page through its three tabs.
One status mark carries three radios: the ring is power, the glyph is Wi‑Fi, the dots are the cellular backup. It is not a button — it only reports, and it pulses amber only when something is wrong.
One hidden gesture on the whole face: press and hold the zone name for three seconds — Diagnostics, Connection, About. Read-only, and it returns to the room on its own.

What the square bought
The plan is on the glass, so there is no plan screen to find — tap a period to nudge it. The other rooms are on the glass, so the first question of every comfort complaint is answered without walking the building. Nothing else was added, and the keypad came back out.

The corner that carries the PIR lens is the same corner the round enclosure does not have. Occupancy is why the zone strip can grey out a room nobody is in.
